1. How do I become a participating charity?
Visit ePhilanthropist™ become a participating charity and you will automatically contact us to begin the process. Once we have received all your information, you will be part of ePhilanthropist®. It is just that easy!

2. How much of the donation goes to my charity?
1/2% of the value of each purchase made with the ePhilanthropist® card will go to the charity designated by the cardholder.

3. How do donors find my charity on ePhilanthropist™?
Donors will be able to choose a charity from a list of participating charities when they apply for their account.

4. How will the donations get to the charity?
Every time the cardholder makes a purchase using the ePhilanthropist™ card, 1/2% of the total amount will be collected by our bank. On a monthly basis, the total amount collected will be transferred directly to the charity’s bank account.

5. Why is it wise to participate in ePhilanthropist™?
Because this is the easy way to receive donations while our cardholders are making everyday purchases. With ePhilanthropist™ people can support worthy causes and make a difference without spending any extra money!

6. Will I receive a report of the donations processed?
Certainly. Once a month your charity will receive a detailed report via email with the total amount of purchases made and the 1/2% that corresponds to the donations made to your charity.

7. Is the site secure?
Yes. All information, including financial, personal identification and any other records, are protected by an array of security measures. ePhilanthropist™ has worked extensively with a number of major technology companies and online security experts to ensure that the site not only meets security requirements, but far exceeds them.
